Not airsoft.
Not replica BB guns.
AirStryk exists because modern pre-charged pneumatic airguns are genuinely capable tools — for hunting, for competitive marksmanship, and for people doing pest control professionally — and almost nobody was saying so out loud.
Taylor Vaughn
Taylor Vaughn has been passionate about airguns for more than ten years. In 2019 he launched The Airgun Podcast to address the lack of coverage in the space and to highlight how fast the technology was actually moving. Since then his mission has been to educate people about the true utility of air-powered tools — from big game hunting and competitive marksmanship to gun safety and introductory firearms training.
AirStryk is proudly family-owned and operated, based in South Texas. Taylor runs the shop alongside his wife Madison, and their two boys Benji (6) and Boone (3), who already show signs of being future airgunners themselves.
This is not just a business for the Vaughn family. It is a way of life, rooted in responsibility, respect for the outdoors, and hands-on learning.
What was on the bench that week. We stock what we shoot — which is also why we will talk you out of something that is wrong for you.
Three jobs, not one.
Outfit
131 curated items rather than a warehouse — platforms from FX, AirForce, AEA, Huben, RAW, Western, Karma and Skout, thermal and night vision, air supply, moderators and ammunition from .177 to .510.
Teach
Free Saturday-morning intro sessions, advanced tuning workshops, beginner shooting days, gun safety and introductory firearms training. Plus the podcast, which is where most of the teaching actually reaches people.
Handle it
Discreet pest and nuisance animal control, done quickly, quietly and legally — which is a thing air power makes possible and powder does not.
Predator control on a Texas fence line, at night, with a moderated PCP rifle and a clip-on thermal — a coyote taken quietly, near livestock, without waking the county.
Real ballistics,
real applications.
Air-powered platforms have taken deer, bear, bison and cape buffalo. Texas recognizes them as legal equipment for big game. This is not a novelty category, and treating it like one is how the whole sport got underrated.

We would rather talk you out
of the wrong rifle.
All PCP sales are final — that is standard across the industry, for safety and warranty reasons. It also means the conversation before the sale is the product.
Contact us before purchasing if you have questions about caliber, intended use, compatibility or performance. We would rather spend the call than have you buy the wrong thing.
A warehouse full of stock is not an advantage if nobody there has shot any of it. 131 items we stand behind is a different proposition.
Manufacturer warranties vary by brand. We honor and follow each one, and claims are either handled directly by the manufacturer or facilitated by us as an authorized dealer.
