Airguns are final sale

All sales of PCP airguns are final. That includes rifles, pistols, archery platforms and other projectile-launching devices. This is standard practice across the PCP industry, for safety, warranty and product-integrity reasons — and it is why we would rather talk a purchase through with you before you buy than after.

Manufacturer warranties

Warranties vary by brand. We honor and follow each manufacturer's policy. A claim may be handled directly by the manufacturer, or we can help with it as an authorized dealer. Coverage and turnaround are decided by the manufacturer.

Returning other merchandise

Merchandise other than PCP airguns may be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is:

new, unopened and unused;
in its original packaging, with all manuals, accessories and tags;
not installed or modified.

Please contact us before sending anything back — we may issue a return authorization (RMA). Approved returns carry a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we made the mistake.

What cannot be returned

PCP rifles, pistols and archery platforms
Used products
Opened ammunition, pellets, slugs and arrows
CO₂ cartridges and nitrogen cartridges
High-pressure cylinders and tanks
Compressors
Custom and special-order products
Clearance and closeout items
Gift cards

Damaged or incorrect orders

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for photos of the packaging, the shipping label and the product.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the card that paid for the order. For an approved return, the refund is the purchase price less the restocking fee.
