These terms apply when you buy from AirStryk Industries through this website. Placing an order means you accept them, along with our shipping, returns and privacy policies.

Who can buy
You must be 18 or older. When you check out you confirm that you are, and that owning what you are buying is lawful where you live. You are responsible for following the federal, state and local laws that apply to you and to how you use what you buy.
Prices and availability
Prices are in US dollars and can change until you place your order. The total shown before you pay — items, delivery and any sales tax — is the amount charged. If a price or an item's availability changes while you are checking out, we stop and tell you before any charge is made.
Limited and one-of-one items are reserved for you for 15 minutes once you start checking out. If the reservation runs out before you pay, the item may sell to someone else.
Payment
Card payments are processed by Authorize.Net and charged when you place your order. If a card is declined, no order is placed.
Texas sales tax of 8.25% is charged on every order, wherever it is delivered, and on orders collected from the shop.
Your order
After you pay you receive a confirmation with a private link where you can follow the order. Delivery is covered by our shipping policy; returns, refunds and warranties by our returns & warranty policy. All PCP airgun sales are final.
Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can. Specifications come from the manufacturers, and some photographs are the manufacturer's rather than our own. If something is unclear, ask before you buy — that is what the phone is for.
Safety
Airguns are not toys. Read and follow the manufacturer's instructions, and handle every airgun as if it were loaded.
