We collect what it takes to sell you something and get it to you, and nothing for the sake of it.

When you place an order
We keep:
- your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number;
- your delivery and billing addresses;
- what you ordered, what it cost, and how the order was delivered;
- the card type and its last four digits, which our payment processor returns to us so we can issue refunds.
We use this to fulfil and deliver your order, to send you receipts and updates about it, to handle returns, warranty claims and refunds, and to keep the records a business has to keep.
Your card
Card details are entered into a payment form that sends them directly to Authorize.Net, our payment processor. Your full card number and security code never reach our servers, and we never store them.
The newsletter
If you sign up, we keep your email address and when you confirmed it. You are only added once you confirm from the email we send, and every newsletter carries a link to unsubscribe.
Technical information
Like any website, ours receives your IP address. We use it to stop abuse — for example, someone repeatedly reserving limited items without buying — and it is passed to our payment processor to help screen for fraud. Your cart is kept in your own browser, not on our servers, until you check out. The shop does not use advertising cookies.
Who else handles your information
- Authorize.Net processes card payments.
- Resend delivers our emails — receipts, order updates and the newsletter.
- Cloudflare delivers and protects this website.
- The carrier delivering your order receives your name and delivery address.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your choices
Contact us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Some order records we are required to keep for tax and accounting, and those we cannot delete early.
Adults only
You must be 18 or older to buy from AirStryk Industries. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
